The Kinda emblem symbolizes the municipality of Kinda in Östergötland and was created by Veronica Gullbrandson in 1999 so that you can easily carry with you the beauty found here.
It is shaped like a boat axe from the Stone Age found in Kinda. This is meant to evoke all the early Kinda residents who lived, thought, and fought to shape what we see and live in today.
The blue symbolizes the Kinda Canal and the many beautiful lakes.
The upper part of the heart represents the hills in the landscape. The stars form a map with Kisa, Rimforsa, Horn, Hycklinge, Björkfors, and Ydrefors marked.
Kinda's municipal coat of arms is enclosed by a heart representing the individuality, tolerance, and warm-heartedness of the population. We, residents or visitors, should cherish, expand, and pass this on.
The images show the Kinda emblem in silver with a Tredel necklace. Purchase a matching necklace or choker!
