Collection: The Clasp of Östergötland

"Blue for the sea and the many beautiful lakes, Yellow for the blooming rapeseed fields. Silver for the important waterways Göta Canal and Kinda Canal, which connect them. This ensured that wealth, power, and wisdom could meet, forge small principalities together and create the kingdom of Sweden: Just as the clasp holds the chain together."

Appointed Östergötlands Craft of the Year by Östsam and the East Swedish Tourist Board in 2006, and was then nicknamed the Clasp of Östergötland. Hand-forged by Veronica Gullbrandson in Ädelsmedjan, each lock is similar yet unique.
