- Orders
Orders are placed through the webshop at adelsmedjan.se, or as otherwise agreed by email.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that all details are correct.
For custom orders or course bookings, work begins only after confirmation and, where applicable, advance payment.
- Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including 25% VAT.
Payment is made through the payment options available at checkout.
For custom orders, a deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining amount is invoiced upon delivery or when the item is completed.
- Delivery
Jewellery is shipped with tracking via PostNord, or as otherwise agreed.
Delivery time depends on the production process of the item, as most jewellery is made to order.
In case of a delay, you will always be contacted with a new estimated delivery time.
- Right of withdrawal and returns
Jewellery purchased in the webshop is covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, such as jewellery made to order, personally engraved items, or remakes using the customer’s own gold.
For returns, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Courses
A course booking becomes binding upon confirmation.
For cancellations made later than 14 days before the course starts, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
In case of illness or other unforeseen events, we will first try to reschedule the course to a new date.
- Complaints
If an item is faulty, please contact Ädelsmedjan as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the item.
Faulty items will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by incorrect handling, is not covered.
- Materials and sustainability
All jewellery is made from recycled gold or silver.
Because each piece of jewellery is forged by hand, small variations may occur. This is part of the character of the craft.
Care and cleaning advice is included with every delivery.
- Personal data
Ädelsmedjan processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
The information is used only to administer your order, payment and delivery.
No personal data is sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary for payment and delivery partners.
- Disputes
In the event of a dispute, Ädelsmedjan follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Swedish law applies to all purchases and agreements.
