Right of withdrawal and returns

Jewellery purchased in the webshop is covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, such as jewellery made to order, personally engraved items, or remakes using the customer’s own gold.

For returns, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are issued once the product has been returned to the workshop, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
